When did you first get glasses?
I first got glasses when I was in fourth grade, but my first time getting America’s Best glasses was actually April 1st of this year. It was 3 weeks before I went on my trip.
How did your European trip come about and how long were you there?
Ever since I was a child I’ve wanted to travel and see the world. So when I was eligible for my vacation time at work, I saved all the money I could so I could go to Europe to celebrate my birthday! I was there for 9 days total.
Tell us a little about the trip and how having your glasses & being able to see clearly made the trip better.
During the trip I visited London, Paris and Amsterdam. If I didn’t have my glasses, it would have been a disaster. They helped me tremendously when I had to read the stops while using the Tube and the Metro. Also being able to take in all of the sights and attractions clearly was life changing. It was better than any picture I’ve ever seen.
What was your favorite place to visit?
My favorite place to visit, hands down, was Paris. I’ve always dreamed of seeing the Eiffel Tower. I bought tickets ahead of time for me and my boyfriend to go to the top at sunset and the view was spectacular.
This was the view from the top of the Eiffel Tower. Absolutely breathtaking!
