It’s back. Double denim has returned. Its comeback was inevitable, really, based on the resurgence of trends from the days of yore (well, the 90s, anyway). I knew it wouldn’t be long before people would again be donning denim from head to toe. It’s time to break out your favorite jean jacket and pair it with pride with your favorite skinnies. The great thing about denim is that it matches just about everything, especially where accessories are concerned. I prefer pairing a lighter colored denim on top with a darker color on the bottom. I can palette double denim looks even better if they include big and bold accessories. A great necklace, an oversized belt, or some cool earrings are great ways to set off your double denim look. Or you could go the minimalist route and let the denim shine. Of course, the best accessory of all when you are going jean crazy is a great pair of fashion eyeglasses. Glasses can add all the glam or color you need to jazz up your denim ensemble without distracting attention from that outfit you so carefully put together. My best recommendations for glasses to go with double denim include some of the frames from the Kardashian Kollection. I just saw one of the sisters, Kim, sporting some double denim with one of their great designer frames in black. But really I think that any of their signature frames would look awesome with denim, especially this turqiouse and green tortoise print frame: Another recommendation would be to check out the 7 for All of Mankind collection of eyeglass frames. I mean, they obviously know how to make a great pair of blue jeans. So, my guess is that every single frame they make would be a gorgeous addition to any denim look. Their vintage-inspired looks are perfect for men who want to rock the double denim in a masculine way.
