Armani AX 1004: the Latest Must-Have Pair

I have a new crush. It’s a pair of designer fashion eyeglasses that caught my eye. Yes, I know, this happens every few months. I see a new style and I decide that I must add them to my collection. This frame is no exception. It will be mine. Soon.

I think I can justify adding it to my collection because it’s so different than any of the other frames I own. It’s a trendy semi-rimless style, with a heavy brow line that gives it a very “now” look.

Of course, I wouldn’t expect anything less. Did I mention this frame is made by Armani? The Armani Exchange label is known for dynamic and youthful fashions, and this eyeglass frame is no exception. That Italian designer Giorgio Armani not only knows how to design a great outfit; he also knows a thing or two about what makes a pair of glasses gorgeous.

My favorite feature on this frame is the temples. How fun is it to have the black brow look on the front of this metal frame and then surprise everyone with a splash of dynamic purple and just a little bit of bling. I love some sparkle, and this little touch just happens to include a little A/X label on it so everyone will know you are wearing Armani. Nice.

Where would I wear this cool eyeglass frame?

Anywhere and everywhere. No doubt. Because the front of the frame has a serious look to it, I think they’d be great for work. But, they’d also look awesome with a little black dress or my black jumpsuit for a dinner date or night out.

Another option I think I’d consider with this frame is putting in a Transitions type of lens that changes the lenses into sunglass lenses when the light is bright. Or, maybe I’d just go ahead and a have a gray tone tint put into them so they are sunglasses year round.

Yes, this is the next pair of eyeglasses I’m going to add to my collection. Seriously, I have thirty pairs of earrings and as many pairs of shoes. It doesn’t make any sense to only have a pair or two of glasses, right?
